Everybody I met in the office, from check-in staff, to Audiology tech, to medical assistant, to Dr. Namon, was incredibly personable and caring. They were genuine, knowledgeable, and pleasant, making the whole experience great! I'm happy to leave a review because the patient care was top-notch, which is never a guarantee these days!

My son is a patient of Dr. Namon. Wonderful Dr. and office staff. Very friendly and kind. My son just had sinus surgery performed by Dr. Namon and he did a wonderful job. He has a kind and very calm bedside manner which I personally feel helps patients to feel calm and comfortable. I have already recommended this office to a family member who needs an ENT. Highly recommend. Also, they have always returned my phone calls in a very timely manner which I greatly have appreciated.

Not a great experience. I broke my nose and went to his office immediately for an appointment. His support staff would only schedule me three weeks later - too late to reset the nose (even though I explained time was important). So, I had to have a nose job. He said he felt an upturned nose was 'more feminine'. I was alarmed at that. I said I just wanted my nose back, not up-turned. Guess what I got? Upturned and not straight. One nostril larger than the other with a strange lump on one side of the bridge. I mentioned this once it had healed and he said he would 'tweak' it. It turned out I had another complete surgery with anesthesia! AND nothing was changed! He put a piece of plastic inside one of my nostrils and didn't tell me. I couldn't figure out why I couldn't breathe out one side and blew my nose hard enough to dislodge it. The surgery was for nothing. No lump fixed and now I can see up my nose when I look in the mirror. He said he was happy with the result. Thanks, Dr. Namon!
