Inspire Therapy for Sleep Apnea

For patients diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), Inspire Therapy may be a viable treatment option.  Performed by Ari Namon, MD, this minimally invasive, implantable neuro-stimulator continuously monitors breathing during sleep and delivers mild stimulation to keep key airway muscles open, based on the patient's breathing pattern. The system is fully implanted in an outpatient procedure.

You may be a candidate for Inspire Therapy if you:

  • Have moderate to severe OSA
  • Are unable to tolerate or benefit from CPAP
  • Are not significantly overweight
  • Are over the age of 22
